Terms and Conditions – Magic World Company

1. Services

1.1. The Company offers professional installation of artificial grass, fences, pool/terrace flooring, and

the sale of related products.

1.2. All work is carried out under quality standards and according to the agreement in the quotation or

corresponding contract.

1.3. Installation times may vary depending on weather conditions, material availability, and site

characteristics.

2. Quotations and Payments

2.1. All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

2.2. The start of work requires a 50% down payment of the total amount agreed.

2.3. The remaining balance will be divided into two payments of 25% each: the first during the progress

of the installation and the second upon completion.

2.4. Payments are accepted in cash, bank transfer, or other methods previously authorized by the

Company.

3. Warranty

3.1. Installation Warranty: All projects carried out by the Company include a 2-year workmanship

warranty, provided that the usage and maintenance recommendations are followed.

3.2. Material Warranty: The warranty for products sold (artificial grass, fences, accessories, etc.) is

provided directly by the manufacturers. The Company acts solely as a distributor and is not responsible

for manufacturing defects, beyond assisting with the claim process with the supplier.

3.3. The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

- Misuse of the product or lack of maintenance.

- Extreme natural events (floods, fires, hurricanes, etc.).

- Interventions by third parties not authorized by the Company.

4. Products

4.1. All products are delivered new and in perfect condition, according to manufacturer specifications.

4.2. Returns are not accepted for customized, cut-to-measure, or used products.

4.3. Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within the period established by each

manufacturer.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Provide access to the installation site on the agreed dates.

5.2. Ensure that the site is prepared for installation, unless an additional preparation service is

contracted.5.3. Fulfill payments in a timely manner according to the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, transportation,

permits, etc.).

6.2. The durability of the materials depends on compliance with the usage and maintenance

instructions provided by the Company and/or the manufacturer.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content from the website, catalogs, designs, and advertising materials is the property of the

Company and may not be used without prior authorization.

8. Modifications

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying

clients through official channels.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of West Palm Beach, Florida.

1. Servicios

1.1. La Empresa ofrece instalación profesional de grama artificial, cercas, pisos para terrazas/piscinas

y venta de productos relacionados.

1.2. Todos los trabajos se realizan bajo estándares de calidad y según lo acordado en la cotización o

contrato correspondiente.

1.3. Los tiempos de instalación pueden variar según condiciones climáticas, disponibilidad de

materiales y características del terreno.

2. Cotizaciones y Pagos

2.1. Toda cotización tendrá una vigencia de 15 días desde su emisión.

2.2. El inicio de los trabajos requiere un anticipo del 50% del total acordado.

2.3. El saldo restante se dividirá en dos pagos del 25% cada uno: el primero durante el desarrollo de la

instalación y el segundo al finalizar la misma.

2.4. Se aceptan pagos en efectivo, transferencia bancaria u otros métodos previamente autorizados

por la Empresa.

3. Garantía

3.1. Garantía de instalación: Todos los proyectos realizados por la Empresa cuentan con garantía de 2

años en mano de obra, siempre que se cumplan las recomendaciones de uso y mantenimiento.

3.2. Garantía de materiales: La garantía de los productos comercializados (grama artificial, cercas,

accesorios, etc.) es otorgada directamente por los fabricantes. La Empresa solo actúa como

distribuidor y no se responsabiliza por defectos de fabricación, más allá de facilitar la gestión con el

proveedor correspondiente.

3.3. La garantía no cubre daños ocasionados por:

- Mal uso del producto o falta de mantenimiento.

- Fenómenos naturales extremos (inundaciones, incendios, huracanes, etc.).

- Intervenciones de terceros no autorizados por la Empresa.

4. Productos

4.1. Todos los productos se entregan nuevos y en perfectas condiciones según especificaciones del

fabricante.

4.2. No se aceptan devoluciones en productos personalizados, cortados a medida o usados.

4.3. Reclamos por defectos de fabricación deben presentarse dentro del plazo establecido por cada

fabricante.

5. Responsabilidades del Cliente

5.1. Brindar acceso al lugar de instalación en las fechas acordadas.5.2. Garantizar que el terreno esté preparado para la instalación, salvo que se contrate un servicio

adicional de preparación.

5.3. Cumplir con los pagos en tiempo y forma según lo acordado.

6. Limitación de Responsabilidad

6.1. La Empresa no se hace responsable por retrasos ocasionados por factores externos (clima,

transporte, permisos, etc.).

6.2. La durabilidad de los materiales depende del cumplimiento de las instrucciones de uso y

mantenimiento proporcionadas por la Empresa y/o el fabricante.

7. Propiedad Intelectual

7.1. Todo el contenido de la página web, catálogos, diseños y materiales publicitarios es propiedad de

la Empresa y no puede ser utilizado sin autorización previa.

8. Modificaciones

8.1. La Empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier

momento, notificando a los clientes a través de los canales oficiales.

9. Ley Aplicable

9.1. Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos.
